This statement is given in accordance with Article 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU and, for German consumers, § 36 of the Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (VSBG).
Note on the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: the European Commission's ODR platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025, and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is therefore no ODR platform link to provide. Consumers seeking help with a cross-border dispute in the EU can contact their national European Consumer Centre.
