5.0 Current Status: InviteTrip is currently free to use for all members. No payment method is collected and no charges apply. The provisions below describe how billing will work once paid subscription tiers are introduced, and do not apply until that time.

5.1 Free and Paid Services: Invitetrip offers both free and premium services. Access to premium features requires a subscription.

5.2 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

5.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5.4 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

6.1 We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.2 We may share your information with third parties as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us related to your use of the Service.

10.1 Governing Law: Malta.

10.2 Arbitration: binding arbitration under the rules of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution.

10.3 Class Action Waiver: disputes are resolved individually.

11.1 We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

11.2 We may update these Terms; continued use after posting updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

12.1 These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.

12.2 Severability applies to unenforceable provisions.

12.3 Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.

12.4 You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
